Macrame Bottle Pattetns

Crema
8 tuorli
300 gr di zucchero
120 gr di amido di mais
1 litro di latte
baccello di vaniglia

montare bene i tuorli con lo zucchero. aggiungere l'amido di mais. una volta amalgamato aggiungere il flush with warm milk stirring constantly. cook over medium heat. let cool, stirring often, or cover the cream with plastic wrap so that it adheres to the cream. juices flow, to form the skins.

to moisten the cake I used a mixture of water and vanilla sugar witch ... I went to the eye ... or better taste! I boiled water with sugar and vanilla then I added the little witch.

I used to mount the trays of paper ... the golden. is much more comfortable that way. when the mountains you can move easily between the various parties without ruining everything and then when you have to cut just slide a spatula under the disassemble the tray and on ... and cuts perfect slices!
cakes are covered with sugar paste (the recipe in another post). is good practice to make a butter cream (1 part butter 1 part sugar) to cover the cake before you wrap it. will prevent drafts. should allow it to cool in the fridge for this cake ... I did (was not appreciated), but usually leave it in the fridge almost a day (morning / evening evening opp / matt) then covered with sugar paste made to otherwise the time is more difficult to roll out ...
for decoration .... I hope to make a new post! :)
