Calamarata


The squid is a dish of the Amalfi coast ... the size of the dough precisely because it calls Calamarata ring shape typical of fried squid ... ... needless to say what you want to dress with this type of pasta?? With the obvious squid! Dicing obvious, o) is a very simple dish e buonissimo!!

La ricetta:
Per due persone
3 calamari medi
160 gr di pasta calamarata
Scalogno
Olio
Peperoncino
Pomodoro pelato 1 scatola o pomodorini ciliegino circa 10

Pulire i calamari e tagliarli a rondelle larghe quanto la pasta o poco più.
Soffriggere in una pentola non troppo grande lo scalogno tagliato a rondelle (o l'aglio se piace di più) nell'olio (Be generous), add a hot pepper if you like. Mash or chop the tomatoes (less than a box) and cut tomatoes in half. Add the tomatoes cook for a few minutes, add the squid and cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat until cooked. The squid should be beautiful soft. Add salt if necessary. Quench the fire, add the freshly chopped parsley. In the meantime, you cooked and drained pasta slightly al dente. Season the pasta and serve with more fresh parsley.
