Cruisy Places In Chicago

I had advanced a little 'rice pilaf last night and I had been the desire of dishes made in Italy ... not exactly the solution that is "fresh rice": because it is hot and fresh because it is seasoned with ingredients that give this dish of fresh and spicy notes.
I did nothing but leave to marinate the tuna in a citrus dressing made from olive oil, lemon juice, grated lemon zest, a pinch of pepper and a pinch of ginger and chopped parsley.
Meanwhile, I toasted in a pan, without adding fat, sesame seeds and fennel seeds for a couple of minutes.
I assembled all the tuna, mixing well with the crispy aromatic oil and seeds, together with rice.
Simple and really good!
