...sono delle tortine velocissime da fare, semplici e gustose.
oggi sono di poche parole, ma vorrei postare le ricette arretrate! sono riuscita a recuperare qualche foto dal pc ormai passato a nuova vita...o meglio spento per sempre :( a parte le foto perse la cosa che più mi manca è xp...che con win7 mi sembra di stare sempre alla ricerca del tesoro nascosto!!! poi...io che sono abituata ad aprire 10000 pagine in contemporanea mi viene un nervoso per passare da una all'altra!! vabbè...ci farò l'abitudine!
ricetta:
4 uova
200 gr zucchero
220 gr farina 00
300 gr carote grattugiate
200 gr mandorle tritate
1 tablespoon baking
peel 1 / 2 lemon rind
